Constitutional Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            We represent legal and natural persons in proceedings of assessing the constitutionality or legality of general by-laws, in the proceedings of assessing the compliance of laws and by-laws with overall adopted rules of international law and confirmed international agreements,  in proceedings of suspension of execution of an individual by-law or action during the process of assessing the constitutionality or legality of such by-law if harmful consequences that cannot be remedied can occur as a result of its execution, in proceedings of constitutional appeals as a special legal remedy for the purpose of protecting human rights or minority rights and the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
